A 6,000 square foot residence in the Almaden area. Its unique requirements were a self contained in-laws wing designed to handicap standards, a covered back patio & recreation area common to both wings. A 4-car garage on the side of the house and a full circular driveway in front of the house.

This is a 3,600 square foot residence located in a heavily wooded mountain lot with a challenging site. It’s design is contemporary with materials complimenting it’s surroundings with large windows from the living areas looking unto beautiful views.

A long, narrow lot presented many challenges to this 4,000 square foot craftsman style home. It includes a full basement to maximize living area. The first and second floors had to be carefully arranged and set back in order to meet the strict design and area regulations of the city, as well as the owner’s design requirements.

The unique shape of the house evolved as a result of many site conditions and interior design adjacency requirements.
